Sr. Mary Catharine communes with
St. Dominic's Orange Tree in the greenhouse

Yes! we know that many of our readers are wondering about the progress of the greenhouse. We are happy to report that it is ALMOST finished (we are waiting for the missing plastic panel for the door). The view in the photo above shows the large "service entrance" for the greenhouse, which is actually a large opening in the wooden wall constructed by our workmen, Jeff and Gary. When the cold weather sets in, the wall will be closed up. Sisters have already begun bringing in geraniums and other warm weather plants, though the size of the orange tree limits just how many more plants can take up their winter residence there. The tree is adjusting well to its new luxury surroundings.
