The Priest Who Made History!
We had a "history making" new priest say Mass for us last Tuesday! Fr. Bogumil Misiuk, 26, a native of Lublin, Poland, is the first priest in the Archdiocese of Newark to have been born in the 1990s! Fr. Bogumil was one of 10 men ordained for the Archdiocese on May 28th and is one of "our seminarians," although no longer a seminarian. Another of "our seminarians" who was ordained a deacon, Patrick Seo, assisted Fr. Bogumil as deacon. After Mass and Father's blessing we had a lively and entertaining visit in the parlor. Hopefully we will soon hear Mass said by some other of "our seminarians" who were ordained this year! *hint hint!*
