Farewell, Msgr Robert Harahan!

Can twelve years pass so quickly? Evidently it does as Msgr. Robert Harahan, pastor of our parish of St. Teresa here in Summit is heading off to a new assignment: St. Elizabeth of Hungary Parish in Wyckoff, NJ.

Msgr. Harahan spent a sweaty, hot afternoon with us in our parlor, sharing about his new assignment and reminiscing about his tenure at St. Teresa's and all the things that make it such a wonderful parish. Many of our volunteers are from the parish and groups of the parish come here for adoration or visits. Yearly we host the hundreds of children from Vacation Bible School.

We will miss Msgr. Harahan's presence in Summit and we wish him well and promise him our continued prayers as he begins his new assignment!

Sr. Lauren does the honors serving welcome cold ice tea and chocolate chip cookies.
