A New Postulant From St. Joseph!
This evening after supper we happily welcomed Sr. Carri Prewitt as a postulant to our community!
Sr. Carri is from Pittsburg, Kansas and drove all the way here in a 15 passenger van with her mom, Kathleen, 12 friends and Fr. David Marstall, campus minister of the University of Pittsburg where Carri was a student until recently. Yes, you read correctly! Somehow they were able to fit in Carri's things, their luggage and sleeping bags!
Please pray for Carri as she begins her journey to become a Nun of the Order of Preachers.
