New Items From Seignadou Soaps!

This summer and fall our Sisters have been developing new items and they are now available from Seignadou Soaps! We now have 3 new soaps: Apple Harvest, Bayberry and Sugar Plum!

Our Christmas scents now come in a Gift Crate! Along with Natale, Bayberry and Sugar Plum is a special snowdrop scented bar shaped like a snowflake. This special bar of soap is available only in the gift crates.

We've also begun making Room Sprays. We nun-tested them over the summer months and are now available in 6 of our most popular scents: Cloister Garden, Sandalwood, Ocean Rain, Fresh Linen, Lemon Verbena and Natale. These 5 ounce bottles have spray pumps so they are ecologically friendly, too!

For awhile we have carried Lotion & Lip Balm Samplers in our gift shop. They say great things come in small packages and these samplers prove it! Each one contains a guest size bar of soap, a 1 ounce bottle of hand creme and one of our "Best Evah" lip balms! They are very popular, along with our Classic Sampler and Christmas Sampler for stocking stuffers, gifts for teachers or for showers or birthday or anniversary parties. We are always happy to do special orders as long as we have 4-6 weeks advanced notice.

With the current state of the economy we know that your Christmas gift budget might be smaller than usual! Actually, that is a good thing! Christmas is about the birth of our Infant Savior not about expensive and flashy gifts. Our soaps, room sprays or hand cremes and lip balms might be just that simple gift you are looking for to honor Christ's birth in those you love!

May we suggest that this Christmas you purchase your Christmas gifts from religious communities that make products such as our soap? While some are more commonly known than others (like Trappistine Candy or Trappist Jam) others are not. Almost every monastery or convent has a gift shop. Check them out in your area and support them by your purchase! Not only will you be getting a well-made quality gift but you are helping the monks or nuns in supporting their way of life!
